“S+even” stages 7 performers waiting for the performance. Are they waiting for the performance to start or to end ? Who is performing ? Equipped with sensors interacting with a MAX/MSP patch, each one performs a gesture of boredom that triggers and controls interconnected parameters of the sound, as one body. Merged within the audience, their subtle choreography generates an accidental composition and embraces audience expectations. Are the performers acting as spectators or are they dragging the audience in their own waiting process ?

“S+even” met en scène 7 artistes en attente de la représentation. Attendent-ils que le spectacle commence ou se termine? Qui joue? Equipés de capteurs interagissant avec un patch MAX / MSP, chacun effectue un geste d’ennui qui déclenche et contrôle les paramètres interconnectés du son comme un seul corps. Fusionnées au sein du public, leur subtile chorégraphie génère une composition accidentelle. Les interprètes agissent-ils en spectateurs ou entraînent-ils le public dans leur propre processus d’attente?
